CPRF Winner: Rodrick Bryant, Front Desk Associate

When visiting CPRF’s campus, Rodrick is one of the first people you’ll meet at our front desk. He radiates positivity—his beaming smile and eagerness to help make you immediately feel welcomed and create a first impression you won’t soon forget.

“Let’s do it” resonates as one of Rodrick’s favorite phrases, marking his enthusiastic approach to any project he undertakes. He readily lends a hand to many departments for administrative tasks when they are especially busy.

Rodrick’s genuine affinity for people shines through in his role, finding joy in connecting with both our clients and his colleagues. He made CPRF history this year, receiving the highest number of nominations ever for the Jack Jonas Spirit Awards from his co-workers. This speaks volumes, as he has only been with CPRF for a little over one year. He’s made a profound impact on the people he works with in such a short amount of time.

CIC Winner: Rachel Dover, Programmer

Over the course of Rachel’s time at Center Industries Corporation, her ideas have saved the company money, time, and helped employees feel more confident in their work.

Rachel’s most recent project was creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines in the fabrication shop, along with comprehensive set-up documents. Rachel voluntarily undertook the task of creating these SOPs, recognizing the potential benefits they could bring to her co-workers. Pictorial, step-by-step instructions for operating machines offer a visual guide for employees. This initiative wasn’t a specific request, but a self-driven act of inclusivity and kindness.

These SOPs have significantly streamlined the training process for new employees, providing them with clear and accessible instructions for machine operation. This has accelerated the on-boarding of new staff, minimized errors from operator inexperience, and reduced scrap in the fabrication shop.

The impact of Rachel’s work has rippled into other departments. The planning, purchasing, and quality assurance departments have all inadvertently benefited from streamlining the SOPs. Rachel’s thoughtful approach to this project exemplifies a commitment to continuous process improvements and a genuine dedication to the success of the CIC team.

Congrats, Rachel!
