The Timber Lines staff will help you get the process started. · Next, your physician submits the form to Medicaid for approval. If the customer is permanently in a wheelchair, the approval is in effect for an indefinite period of time. If the customer is temporarily confined to a wheelchair, the paperwork must be resubmitted for approval on an annual basis. · After the physician submits the form to NEMT, services can begin for medical appointments.
