From inception, the SACT has been a community supported effort. Before the first class was recruited, a Business Advisory Council was formed to help shape the look and feel of this new venture into a truly adaptive computer training environment designed specifically for people with disabilities. Financially, CPRF worked to secure the funding necessary to launch a premier, state-of-the-art facility. From the first private and corporate committments to local and federal grant awards, the SACT soon began developing relationships that have proven mutally beneficial - forming the backbone of the school's success.
Today, community and business partnerships are represented through financial support, student referrals, qualified training and a myraid of employment partners - all culminating into allowing the SACT to maintain a 70 percent or better graduate placement rate.

The Microsoft approved curriculum and Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications have been the cornerstone of the SACT training plan. Since the school is an authorized Certiport testing center, students have the luxury of training and testing in a single location. Learn more about the value of certification through a study, Microsoft Office Specialist Improving the Workplace, available at Certiport.com. And finally, the SACT Business Advisory Council continues to guide the school through changes in local employment requirements as well as the skills area employers are seeking most.
“The curriculum at SACT readies their graduates to compete with the skills and competence, the motivation and willingness it takes to meet Adecco’s expectations, thus meeting our client’s expectations. The SACT has proven to be an excellent source for Adecco.” -- Carolyn Sylvester, Adecco, Wichita, Kan., & SACT Business Advisory Council member
