To date, commitments have been received from The Boeing Company, EDS and the EDS Foundation, Microsoft Corporation, the Kansas Community Enrichment Program, the Gannett Foundation, the SBC Foundation and Wichita Greyhound Charities, to name a few.

- Partners in the SACT mission include Candlewood Suites. Through this relationship, SACT students have the option of staying at a Candlewood Suites at a reduced rate during their training.

- Other partners provide part-time employment to students, such as Imaging Solutions Company, of Wichita, Kan., and DCSS Ability LLC.

- Certain project costs have been underwritten by the Kansas Department of Commerce & Housing, Kansas Community Service Program. Additional funding by the U.S. Department of Education Rehabilitation Services Administration Projects with Industry is provided through a more than $1.1 million grant awarded to the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation of Kansas, Inc. About 74 Percent of the PWI project is funded through federal sources, and approximately $394,000 is from non-federal sources. The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration also supports the SACT with approximately 49 percent of the project, or $333,875, funded through federal sources. The SACT of Wichita is accredited through Cowley County Community College.
