The Employment Services Division specifically addresses past poverty, widespread unemployment and underemployment of people with disabilities and others with vocational barriers through assessments, formalized training and career placement. Today qualified candidates secure competitive employment opportunities in fully integrated workforces through CPRF support organizations, partners and other businesses throughout communities across Kansas and Georgia.

The Employment Services Team
Vocational Assessment Department Assessments are provided to clients through the Vocational Assessment Department for the purpose of determining their employability and include information gathering, testing and interpretation of results. More About the Vocational Assessment Department
The School of Adaptive Computer Training The SACT, operated by the Employment Services team in Wichita and Atlanta, addresses the need to improve marketable computer skills for people with disabilities and others affected by the "digital divide." Completely adaptive classrooms, leading industry certifications and career placement are but a few of the features that culminate into a formula for success for its students. More About the SACT
Placement Department Throughout its history, CPRF has provided assistance to people with all types of disabilities in locating employment. More than 200 people are served each year through the Placement Department. Services can include job development, assistance with resume writing, interview skills development and long-term follow up support. More About the Placement Department
Kanasas Benefits Counselors Network Sponsored by CPRF, the Kansas Benefits Counselors Network (KBCN) is funded by a cooperative agreement with the Social Security Administration (No. 16-T-10013-01) and a piece of the Ticket-to-Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999. The project focuses on providing people with comprehensive benefits information toward making successful employment decisions. More About the KBCN
